Tarter Farm and Ranch Equipment is a family owned company with strong leadership and passionate employees. We met up with some of the Tarter Proud Team – our Quality Inspectors. This team of Quality Inspectors is based at Tarter Industries where they perform a variety of inspection activities on Tarter product throughout the entire process. This includes receiving raw materials, cutting, fabrication, welding, paint, and through assembly. Inspectors are trained and provided a set of criteria that must be met before the product is released to the next state of production. All acceptable finished parts receive a QA inspected label with initials of the final inspector.
Check out what they had to say and see what makes them Tarter Proud:

What is your most memorable moment at Tarter?
It would be hard to narrow it down to a single event. The memories that stand out the most are of all the advancements and expansions we have made over the years.
I hadn’t been working for Tarter long when my sister passed away. I was off work for 3 days with no pay. My co-workers were very compassionate and caring, taking up money for me and sending flowers. That touched me in a very special way, knowing that I was working with good people.
When a position became open in quality, I prayed about the opportunity and was blessed with a job that I love. I am very thankful.
My interview for the quality department. I wanted it badly and my nerves were running high. Today, I am still proud to be a part of this team. I learn new things every day. Each day holds a challenge and is exciting. No two days are the same.
