Tarter Proud Team: Maintenance Department

Tarter Farm and Ranch Equipment is a family owned company with strong leadership and passionate employees. We met up with some of the Tarter Proud Team – our Maintenance Department. They are responsible for keeping everything in the manufacturing facilities up and running. This means a lot of preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance. Installation of new machines and any other duties associated with new projects also fall on this team. These guys and gals are plumbers, electricians, mechanics, carpenters, pipe fitters, and troubleshooters. Everyday holds a different challenge, but we can count on them to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Check out what they had to say and see what makes them Tarter Proud!
